The right ear seems evil as shit, more evil than the left. The upper right corner seems to be helpful sometimes but this is not definitive at all so be careful and notice the differences for yourself but NEVER FULLY TRUST ANY OF THEM.

BRIEF SUMMERY OF SYMPTOMS
Feeling like your spirit is expanding outside of the perimeters of your body somehow.
Then the vast majority of the rest of the chapters go through Job’s psychological state of mind through the attack.
